Melamine Square and rolled edge decorative doors
Our melamine door ranges are manufactured from moisture resistant MDF
board and are available in matching or contrasting melamine, PVC
or 2 mm ABS edging colours.
The choose of edging can be influenced by the designers focus, minimalist style
can be created by the less obtrusive thinner edgings, while the thicker 2mm
ABS edging has a robust nature and can produce outstanding results
when used as a
contrasting feature to combination colour schemes. Our melamine, square edge
doors are available in a large selection of colours, from solids to patterns
and wood grain. The melamine surface finish is easy to maintain, most cases
only requires soapy water and a quick wipe over.
At Shoalhaven New Image Kitchens, our showroom displays include a large
range of display doors, in popular colours and in texture, pearl,
matt and sheen
finishes. While the display shows samples of most melamine suppliers, like
Laminex, Formica
and Parbury, we have a very comprehensive offer from Polytech, who has a
reputation as a market leaders in the custom, cabinet door industry.
Using high-grade
materials, ultra modern technology to produce the range we promote includes
the texture,
matt, grainwood, and sheen surface finishes. The Sheen range gives the option
of a solid colour glossy surfaced melamine product and timbergrain colour
selection that emulates the crafted finish of traditional polished
timber, without the
cost, exceptional value for a luxury product. Our Polytech based door offer
includes a rolled edge melamine range, this style door features the softer
lines of the
rolled edge, improving its long term durability and includes, most the earlier
mentioned finish options. The sheen range gives a very affordable option
to consider, giving a similar look like that of a Polyurethane style
kitchen.
Polytech thermo laminated doors
Thermo lamination describes the application of a vinyl foil to
the surface of a routed door, using a vacuum form process and
a hi tech adhesive to bond
the
foil. The door produced offers the user a very easy to maintain, durable
product. Our New Image Showrooms, feature a displays of door styles from
Polytech, a
complete stylised range, with a view to consider your own personal taste
with a comprehensive
selection of door profiles, colours and finishes. Their diverse door offer,
can integrate melamine panels with your cabinetry requirements. The exception
to
the rule, is the special gloss colour section (limited colours), that features
dazzling metallic colours, a fineline pattern plus pearlescent finishes.
This special range is only available as thermo laminated doors and panels.
At both
New Image showrooms, a large selection of doors, colours and profiles are
available to be viewed in combination with benchtop samples and handles
to allow you
to try different combinations with some assistance from our colour consultants.
Polytech cornice which is thermo laminated to match your
desired door colour, can add an extra stylish look to wall cabinets with
a choice
of colonial,
or a modern bullnose profile.
Solid timber doors
The natural beauty and warm of solid timber kitchen never seems
to go out of fashion, with each piece having it’s own individual,
unique character with variation in grain and colour within the same
timber species. A large number
of varieties are available, local and imported species. We have a selection
of door styles available on display at both Shoalhaven New
Image showrooms
in most
popular timber species. Clients have a choice of veneer panels for
bar backing, fridge and bar end etc or may prefer the upgrade to the
same profile as the solid
timber doors selected.
Aluminium Frame Doors
Latest trends in kitchen design, often talk about modern styling
achieved by the use of different material, with the aim to create
new age look.
Aluminium frames doors can add a new dimension, as a display feature
when utilized
in
a more traditional kitchen layout or as a clinical stylisation when
used as complete
package (doors and Drawer faces etc). This door style is available
in a range of profile types, with a choice of frosted and clear (safety
glass)
plus
a range of colourful acrylics. Great to add an extra splash of colour
and real
trendy
effects with some mood lighting!
Polyurethane painted doors
If you want a dazzling, modern looking kitchen, with a richness
of colour, expressed by glossy doors and panels, polyurethane
is the answer. It’s expensive,
but gives the designer access to almost unlimited array of colours, with high
gloss, satin plus metallic finishes to apply to your chosen door profile.

are now achieving stylish kitchens by using many of the new ornate
